What if....everything you did all day was an opportunity for you to experience joy? From the mundane and routine to the exciting.
What if....those positive thoughts were with you all day, giving you what you needed in order to choose joy....everyday?
What if....you could wake up every day where focusing on the good and the positive was a natural extension of who you really are?
While everyone is running around trying to figure everything out. You'll be busy learning how to live a joyful life.
Inside of module 1 you will discover what living a joyful life really means. You will discover that joy does not come naturally. In fact, joy is a choice that you make every second, minute and hour of every day.
You will learn what joy is and what joy is not.
A joyful life can be found in all things but...all things do not create joy in you.
MODULE 02
You will learn, in module 2 that happiness and joy are not the same thing. Happiness comes from your external circumstances. Joy is what is inside of you. You will have an opportunity to look within yourself and try to figure out what would make you happy. And, what would bring you joy.
God has a lot to say about many things. In module 3 you will find out what He has to say about joy. If you are a follower of Jesus, joy is an out-pouring from your heart. An out-pouring of thankfulness and gratefulness.
If you are not a believer in God or the Bible that is ok. You can skip this section. As a follower, I needed to include this section.
You will learn, in module 2 that happiness and joy are not the same thing. Happiness comes from your external circumstances. Joy is what is inside of you. You will have an opportunity to look within yourself and try to figure out what would make you happy. And, what would bring you joy.
What steals your joy? Is it a person, a place, an attitude, a thought process, or a feeling?
In Step 1 you will spend time figuring out your joy stealers. And, after you have figured out what they are you will learn what to do with them.
A joy stealer worksheet is enclosed.
Step 2 is all about taking the joy stealers that you identified in Step 1 and putting a plan in place. In order for you to get on the path of a joyful life the joy stealers need to be taken care of.
You will learn what to do if things are not going the way you want them to. You will learn how what to do with people who 'get under your skin.'
As with any goal...a plan is important. Your joyful living plan will help not only get on the right path, it will help you stay on it.
In order to live a life of joy your mind needs to process events differently. You will learn how to look at everything with a glass half full NOT half empty mentality.
Step 3 is all about gratitude and thankfulness first. Plus learning how to kick negativity to the curb and keep it there.
As you know, goals are important. But a goal is only as good as the ACTIONS taken to complete the goal. In step 4 you will learn how to set your joyful life goals but you also how to set goals for life.
Your goal setting and goal detail worksheets are included.
Rome was not built in a day...and neither will your joyful life. In step 5 you will learn the difference between grace and excuses or procrastination. You will learn that it's ok to have setbacks...as long as you get back on the path toward joyful living.

Step 6 is all about forgiveness and living in a state of generosity.
Joyful living is all about CHOOSING what is best for you and not letting the things of life turn you into someone you don't like or recognize.
All of those daily activities that you do can bog you down. In themselves, they will not create joy in you.
But, when they are out of control, stressors can set in. And when you are stressed it is difficult to rise above your circumstances and find the joyful life that you crave. This bonus module teaches you how to handle those day-in and day-out activities that get in the way of your joy.
